We couldn't’t recommend your company and staff enough. The base system was brilliant. We are in a dorma bungalow, with low soffits and you have to go through the house to get to the garden, hence the base was ideal for us. The boys that put the conservatory up were courteous, and were brilliant. They cleared up after themselves and left everything as they found it, apart from the conservatory being up of course. From the very first enquiry to the completion of my project, Topglass were Top class. Communications were excellent and all promises faithfully adhered to. They were extremely helpful and very quick to respond when I had any queries. I requested that the base be delivered two weeks before the conservatory to enable me to fit it. Both the base and the conservatory were delivered on the day and time specified. I was pretty nervous and rather daunted when taking on this project but erecting both the base and the conservatory proved to be much easier than anticipated with the very clear step by step instruction manual. With many companies offering great deals I really had my work cutout... Then I came across Top Glass UK Ltd. The website had a large variety of styles to choose from. Once I had decided on a style I filled in their easy to use template with my style and measurements and submitted it. The next day Mark from Top Glass contacted me with a great quotation and then it was down to me. What was good about Top Glass was that they never pestered me, which is a first and that alone sold it for me. Next step was to confirm my order and with their great customer service adviser Mark, we went over the measurements again, then Mark sent me samples to help me decide the exterior brick finish and polycarbonate colour I required. Once chosen a date was given for delivery and for the days my conservatory would be installed. That day arrived, and two burly young men eager to get started set about installing my new conservatory. By lunch time the guys had the base and the dwarf walls installed. Wow they worked hard, with hardly any breaks and they continued until it was complete. Yes completely finished in One day can you believe that? They deserve a medal. The quality of the conservatory is far better than I expected, my neighbours are now considering using Top Glass UK and I would certainly recommend Top Glass UK to anyone as the quality is guaranteed. They both unloaded the truck in the pouring rain but we got unloaded yucca were very helpful in placing the conservatory where I wanted. I know you say it is possible in two days but we had to learn what to do and also were happy to take it slower and enjoy the process. I would like to congratulate top glass on the service and quality you have given. I was amazed how accurate everything was and how it all fitted together millimeter perfect. I had not heard of your easy-base system before and was amazed how quick and simple it all was. I would never have got the base so accurate with bricks and mortar. Also I was able to make small adjustments to the levels after erecting the base walls which simplified installing the windows true and square. Our only problem was from a bow in the original house wall but with a bit of work with an angle grinder I rebated the wall plate over part of it's length and problem solved. Anyway thanks again and I'll send a photo when it is all completed.
